Refund Policy

Your coffee, your flow, fully chizzled. If anything goes wrong with your order, we’ll make it right — fast, so nothing slows your grind.

❌ Sorry, No Returns on the Coffee Concentrate

Because we generally pre-order from our supplier, we can’t accept returns on liquid coffee unless:

  • It arrived damaged, or

  • We sent the wrong product or variant

✅ We do accept returns for:

  • Damaged or defective merchandise (apparel, mugs etc)

  • Unopened, unused non-perishables (within 7 days of delivery)

 

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery

💸 Refunds & Resolutions

Once we’ve reviewed and approved your return:

  • We’ll refund the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for it to reflect

  • If a refund isn’t possible, we’ll offer a replacement

📧 How to Request a Refund

Send an email to founders@kaufee.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos if something’s damaged

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll take care of it from there — quick and easy.

🕐 Order Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? You’ve got 1 hour after placing your order to cancel. After that, your Kaufee would either be bottled or en route — and we can’t stop the process.

To cancel in time, email us at  founders@kaufee.com with the subject:
“Cancel Order #YourOrderNumber”
