Shipping Policy

We firmly believe that your daily caffeine kick should be at your doorstep, well in time for you to pour , stir and sip your ideal Kaufee. 

Whether it's date-night with that girl you’ve been crushing on or that feature you've been working on for your GitHub, with Kaufee you get the Chizzle you've been craving.

Where we ship ?

We currently deliver PAN India, straight to your doorstep.
If you're outside India, hang tight — we're working on it!

How long does it take to ship?

Liquid Coffee: Bottled  to order, usually ships within 1–2 business days

Merch: Prints on demand. Get's shipped accordingly.

Delivery Time: Orders within Mumbai arrive in 24 hrs. Orders outside Mumbai  arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

For remote locations, we may take about 7-10 business days.

These timelines are based on estimates provided by our shipping partners. 

Orders may be stalled at times  due to operational delays, public holidays, inclement weather or certain unforeseen contingencies.

 

We are still growing and learning ourselves as a brand and we’ll try to make sure you don’t miss out on getting Chizzled with us.

We’ll email you a tracking link as soon as your order’s on the move.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹1100

Orders below ₹1100 have a flat shipping fee of ₹50

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

Tracking your order

All orders are shipped with tracking. You can track your order using the tracking link shared after dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at founders@kaufee.com with your order details.

 

We will coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund (if applicable) will be processed only after verification.
